Returns Policy
We know that not every purchase will fit as expected and returns or exchanges are sometimes needed. Please read our Returns Policy below.
- All items must be received within 15 days of the original shipment day for a full refund or store credit. You are responsible for the cost of shipping returns unless the return is a result of our own error (i.e you received an incorrect item).
- All items must be returned to us in their original, un-worn, un-washed, smoke-free condition.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- All items must be returned with their original tags attached. Items returned without original tags are not in compliance with our return policy and will be refused.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.
Cancellations
You may cancel your contract at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Additional Charges & Cancellation) Regulations 2013 you have a 14 day period following the day after delivery in which to cancel this contract. You do not have to provide a specific reason for your cancellation. However, a brief explanation will surely help us improve the service we provide to our future customers.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
If you fail to take reasonable care of goods before they are returned back to us, and this results in damage or deterioration of the items, we will have no choice but to charge you for the reduction in value.
Please be aware that returns can take up to 28 days to complete processing.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights, for example, if goods are faulty or not described properly.

If there is a problem with the products you receive, please contact us asap. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

4. Once the goods have been received, we will start the process of refunding you using the details provided at purchase.
