Our Delivery

UK orders are sent with DPD or Royal Mail, with next working day or standard delivery options.

  • DPD Next Day (order placed before 2pm) – £6.50
  • DPD Standard (2-3 Days) – £4.50
  • DPD Saturday Delivery (order by 2PM GMT) – £8.50
  • Royal Mail Standard – £3.50
  • Royal Mail Express Service – £5.50

Please note: Any orders placed before 2PM GMT will be dispatched the same day between Monday – Friday only. Otherwise they’ll be sent the next working day. Saturday Delivery isn’t available over bank holidays.

UK Next Day Delivery Terms
Next day delivery is not applicable on the following days: Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays for next day delivery will be processed the following working day.

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to deliver to PO boxes at this time.

Please note: If you request for your parcel to be left in a safe place by our courier, we cannot be held responsible for missing packages.

COVID 19: If choosing Standard Delivery please allow up to 7 days for delivery as we are working with smaller teams to comply with social distancing protocols .

  • Once orders have been completed, we are unable to amend any items or cancel orders
  • Please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly.  any parcels returned due to invalid addresses will incur a charge, payable by the customer

Delivery Information

Delivery Process
To keep you informed throughout the entire delivery process, when we receive your order you are sent an e-mail order confirmation, followed by a notification of dispatch when your order has left our warehouse.
Missing Items
If for any reason your order didn’t arrived within 1-5 working days, please contact us straight away. If after a couple of days your order has still not reached you, we will investigate and, if necessary, send you some new items to replace the ones you haven’t received.
Failed Deliveries
If your order arrives as arranged but we’re unable to deliver because there’s nobody home, there’s inadequate help available, the goods are refused, or the order is cancelled whilst in transit (goods are in transit 24 hours before the chosen delivery date) you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for the goods being returned.

Condition of Goods

Faulty Goods

If you have faulty, missing or incorrect goods then please contact a member of our customer service team via e-mail (info@weww.london) or phone (+44 75285 05215).
In the unlikely event that any of the items in your order are faulty, you have 3 days after delivery to let us know. We will ask you to return the damaged or faulty goods to us straight away. Shipping charges on returned items are at the customer’s expense and we do not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Missing or Damaged Goods

If you find that any items in your order from WEWW have been lost or damaged in transit, please make sure that this is noted down on the carrier’s delivery note and contact us immediately.

 

Please note: We cannot accept claims for missing or damaged goods after the carrier has left the delivery address, unless they have been signed for as damaged or missing.
